2. Project Specifications & Approval

Production begins only after the client has provided written approval of the final design, dimensions, materials and technical specifications.

3. Pricing & Payment

Payment terms and any required deposits are specified in the relevant quotation.

4. Installation & Additional Services

Services such as electrical connection, access equipment, permits or work carried out by third parties are included only if they are expressly listed in the quotation.

5. Warranty

The scope and duration of the warranty are specified in the quotation or product description, depending on the product and components used.
