3. Orders

An order becomes binding only after it has been accepted by Volumyx.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including, but not limited to:

pricing errors
incorrect product information
suspected fraud
unavailable materials
technical issues
force majeure

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

4. Custom Products

Most products manufactured by Volumyx are custom-made according to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for verifying:

dimensions
uploaded artwork
colors
quantities
personalization details

Production begins only after the order has been confirmed.

Volumyx is not responsible for customer-provided design errors.

All prices displayed on the website are shown in the selected currency.

The price confirmed at checkout is the final purchase price.

Shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or import charges may apply depending on the destination country.

6. Payment

Production begins only after successful payment unless otherwise agreed.

Volumyx reserves the right to suspend production until payment has been confirmed.

7. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver primarily to:

Germany
France

Shipping to other European Union countries may also be available.

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Volumyx is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies or customs authorities.

8. Returns & Refunds

Customer satisfaction is important to us.

Products may only be returned if they are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.

Returned items must:

be unused
be undamaged
include original packaging where applicable
show no signs of installation or modification

Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless:

the product arrived damaged;
the product contains a manufacturing defect;
the delivered product differs from the confirmed order due to an error by Volumyx.

9. Warranty

Volumyx guarantees that products are manufactured according to professional quality standards.

The warranty does not cover:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Volumyx shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the affected product.

13. Privacy

Personal information is processed solely for order fulfillment, customer support, legal obligations, and service improvement.

Customer data is handled in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection regulations.

14. Force Majeure

Volumyx shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
